Three tools that transform your cup
Force Impact Tamper
A standard tamper makes you guess the pressure, so it varies from dose to dose. A constant-pressure tamper applies the same force every time, producing an even coffee puck and consistent water flow.
Distributor and Stirring Needle
Coffee comes out of the grinder in clumps, and if you tamp it immediately, water flows through the gaps and leaves the rest untouched. The WDT needle breaks them up, while the distributor levels the surface before tamping.
