It depends on the inner diameter of your machine's basket. The 58.35 mm base is for 58 mm-class baskets, while the other is for smaller baskets.
Can I press first and then use the needles?
No. Inserting the needles into a compressed puck will ruin its level surface, so always start with them.
Before flipping, secure the Bincoo magnetic dosing ring to keep the coffee inside the basket, and when pressing, rest the portafilter on the Bincoo non-slip mat.
