How to brew with it
Preparation
Place the paper filter and rinse it with hot water to remove the papery taste and warm the glass. Discard the water, then add medium-fine ground coffee.
Bloom
Pour in twice the coffee's weight in water and wait thirty seconds. The transparent glass lets you see the bubbles; if none appear, the coffee may be old.
Pouring
Pour in circular movements from the center outward in batches, and watch the water drain through the glass. If it drains too quickly, use a finer grind next time.
