Product description
Professional La Marzocco Linea PB Espresso MachineElectronically saved doses that keep the recipe consistent no matter which barista is working
It’s 7:30 in the morning, the line reaches the door, and three baristas are taking turns at one bar. What makes the difference here isn’t hand speed; it’s that the dose comes out at the same weight and for the same amount of time whether it’s pulled by the first person on the shift or the last. A professional two-group espresso machine with doses saved to the buttons takes that decision out of the barista’s hands and lets them focus on the milk and the queue.
Three things you feel throughout a full shift
A saved dose on every button
Set the recipe once and save it to the button, so extraction stops at the same point every time. It shortens training and reduces wasted cups.
A display that gives you the numbers
Boiler temperatures, extraction time, and flow data are right in front of you, so you adjust based on numbers rather than guesswork.
Enough headroom for the rush
A 3.4-liter coffee boiler and 7-liter steam boiler with preheating for incoming water provide enough thermal capacity for consecutive orders.
Important before you order
This is a commercial machine weighing 61 kg and measuring 71 cm wide; it requires a direct water connection and a dedicated electrical circuit at 200, 220, or 380 volts, depending on the configuration. Contact us before ordering so we can match the voltage, phase, and drainage requirements to your location.
Where the difference really shows
Shift change
The new barista takes over a bar with the dose already set, so there’s no need to calibrate from scratch or rely on a feel for the seconds.
Recipe adjustment
When the coffee harvest or roast level changes, read the temperature and time and adjust accordingly, then save the setting to the buttons instead of explaining it verbally to everyone on the team.
Afternoon rush
Two group heads work in parallel with an independent steam boiler, so continuous steaming doesn’t take heat away from extraction, and the barista can run two doses and a milk pitcher in the same minute.

From opening to closing
Before the first order
Turn it on early so both boilers can reach a stable temperature, then pull and discard a preparation dose from each group head.
Between doses
Rinse the group head before and after each portafilter insertion, and release a burst of steam after every milk pitcher.
At closing
Run the backflush cycle for both group heads with the designated cleaner, soak the baskets and portafilters, and empty the drip tray.
Periodically
Replace the water-treatment filter according to your area’s water hardness, and schedule regular pump and valve inspections.
Questions people ask before ordering
What makes a professional two-group espresso machine different from a single-group model?
Both groups can pull shots in parallel, so the second order doesn’t have to wait for the first to finish. The difference isn’t noticeable in a quiet café, but it becomes clear when orders arrive one after another and you need continuous steaming at the same time.
What is the difference between the AV, ABR, and MP versions?
The AV version is automatic with programmed doses and stops extraction at the saved limit. ABR adds a built-in scale that works based on the coffee-to-beverage ratio. MP uses a mechanical lever for full manual control.
What is included in the café equipment package option?
The available option is a two-group automatic AV configuration with a café equipment package. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm the package contents currently available and match them to your café setup.
How much counter space does it need?
It is 71 cm wide and 59 cm deep. Leave some space behind it for connections and some side clearance for moving pitchers. Also make sure the counter can support its 61 kg weight.
